After terminating the residential construction project Astarea in Baderna its human investment projects. Our investment culture is based on a human construction concept which offers residential units with infrastructure and other facilities. The starting point of our construction strategy is to offer pleasant living and working conditions in harmony with nature.
Away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist season, and yet only a few kilometres away from the city of Pula, there is a small settlement near the sea called Vinkuran where we have finished development of our new residential construction project Aurora. Vinkuran is located between Pješčana Uvala and Banjole, away from the main road and, thanks to its unique location, it is highly recommended to people who love the sea, nature and peace.
The new residential estate Aurora is just 500 m away from the sea. In ancient Roman mythology Aurora is the Goddess of the dawn and morning dew, the Goddess that announces the arrival of the sun, and that is how our project got its name. In fact, our tenants have the opportunity to enjoy the rising sun from their terraces and living rooms. There are three residential buildings designed over an area of 2028 square metres, which comprise 16 luxury apartments, ie. 8 two bedrooms and 8 one bedroom comfortable apartments, of 48 to 157 square metres respectively. Each apartment has its own store room, a garage and a parking space with a pergola. The apartments on the ground floor have a fenced garden area of 20 to 80 square metres. The buildings consist of a basement, ground floor, first and second floor. A panoramic elevator without an engine-room serves each floor and offers a stunning view of the whole residential area, pedestrian facilities and surroundings. Each floor is named diferently, so the ground floor is called GREEN FORREST, the first floor BLUE OCEAN and the second floor SUN DECK. Each apartment has its own design too, so in this residential area every apartment is unique.
Special attention is given to the environment. Green areas are well-designed with elements of vertical horticulture and automatic irrigation system. There are walkways with benches and fountain where tenants can enjoy the green oasis of tranquillity and peace, while listening to the soothing murmur of the water. Each square meter of residential area is suplemented with more than a square meter of green area.
Special attention is given to the quality of the materials and equipment installed, as well as to energy saving systems. We insist on top quality materials so as to save energy and reduce maintenance costs.
As for the finishing materials, the stone from the island of Brac, top quality Italian tiles, stainless steel fences, exotic parquets, anti-burglary doors, internal doors furnished by renowned manufacturers, wood/aluminium joinery, heating and cooling control systems – including central heating systems, inverter air conditioning units, underfloor heating in bathrooms and kitchens, temperature control systems, video control and alarm systems – including gas leakage detectors, flood sensors, fire alarms, anti-burglary alarms, illumination control systems, panoramic elevators and others, are used.
Built-in equipment: „Smart home“ intelligent control system, panoramic elevator, „Caleido“ Design Radiators, „Danfoss“ underfloor heating, „Daikin“ air conditioners, „Marazzi“ unique design ceramics, the stone from the island of Brac, „Bassano parquet“ exotic parquets, „Bauxt“ Style and Protection armoured doors, „Ilma“ hydro-massage tub and „Flaminia“ bathroom equipment, „Barausse“ internal doors furnished by renowned manufacturers, „Sciuker“ exterior windows and balcony doors with wooden joinery from aluminium-lined on the outside, mosquitoe protection shutters, video control and alarm systems.
The largest and the most comfortable apartments are situated on the second floor and feature a big terrace occupied in one part by a hydro-massage tub. Apart from the hydro-massage tub, these apartments have a fitness room, where you can enjoy the unique sea and nature view, while going through your daily exercises.
